My coaching
I help people thrive by developing their leadership and communications skills
Since setting up on my own in 2010, I have supported entrepreneurs and business leaders in the technology, biotech, textiles, banking and food and wine sectors. I work with them to help them have more impact in their communications, higher performance and better working relationships.
My clients tell me that what I bring to the coaching relationship is warmth, enthusiasm, empathy, energy, humour, an absolute belief in them and a willingness to take them out of their comfort zones.
I’m based in the Sierra de Guadarrama just outside Madrid and when I’m not working, I love skiing, and hiking.

My background
At the age of 26, I set up and built a successful business in technology public relations in Spain: Text 100 (now called Archetype). Over 13 years, I built the team from an agency of one, to 15 people, serving international brands in the Spanish market.
I learnt a great deal about leadership from my years as managing director of a start up. I loved the freedom of setting up and managing a business and the satisfaction of seeing my team grow but it was also a tough learning experience. In hindsight, I can see how a coach would have helped me in that role and in my subsequent career transition.
